Booking Terms & Conditions – Your Session, Simplified

All bookings are subject to availability. Amendments or cancellations can be made via our website; however, any specific requests or exceptional circumstances should be submitted by email to info@thebakehaus.co.uk. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
